My article on the recent Russian-Georgian conflict has been published in the Politikon journal. The paper was previously presented at the MPSA conference in 2009, but I only recently cleaned up the article and submitted it for publication. The paper approaches the conflict through an expected-utility lens, evaluating the political decisions of each state. The article appears in the current issue of Politikon.
